• June 2026 – From Moodle to the Classroom: Digital Tools and Teaching Practices
  This full-day professional development event featuring 13 speakers covering topics around how to integrate Moodle and other technology in the classroom.

• April 2026 – Creating Connected Classrooms: Engaging Varied Activities for ELS Learners
  Rachel Patterson
  Through these student‑perspective experiences, attendees will gain practical insights into how adaptable, classroom‑tested activities can foster rapport, boost learner motivation, and create opportunities for authentic interaction. Participants will also explore how such routines can be scaled for different proficiency levels and teaching contexts.

From JALT Year 2024 to today, Kobe JALT has hosted and supported a wide range of events—from hands-on teacher development and classroom-focused workshops to research talks on English education in Japan.
